Our key conditions are quite simple.
·We will not divulge your contact or personal details to anyone at all without your express permission unless required to do so by law
·We may use your contact details to inform you of future events which we think may be appropriate for you. If you wish to be removed from our mailing lists, you just need to tell us at removedetails@padlockandkey.com
·We reserve the right to refuse admission or to expel, without refund, people who have become over relaxed to the point of extreme drunkenness, or who start causing any other offensive behaviour at the event
·Spam of other products and services is not allowed
·Anyone who is brought to out attention as being abusive on the messaging system will have their user details deleted without refund and not be allowed to attend any event. Complaints about spamming after an event or sending messages to random people who you did not meet at an event will also result in the perpetrator's account being suspended.
·We reserve the right to cancel any event and will provide a full refund (but no other compensation) in this unlikely case
·If expected numbers differ significantly from that that a venue can hold, or if the venue cancels on us, we reserve the right to move the event to another location of similar standard. Any venue change will be given with a minimum of one weeks notice and will be within walking distance of the original venue. Refunds will be given should you not wish to attend this alternative venue
·No refunds are provided if you do not show up, or for any other reason, except if we cancel or change an event. Transfers to other events, are entirely at the managements discretion and subject to 24 hours notice having been given from the start time of the event.
·For an event run by a franchisee, any potential claims are to be settled directly between the guest and the franchisee. The proprietors of www.PadlockandKey.com are in no way liable for loss caused by franchisees or any other third party
·We cannot guarantee you will meet the love of your life at any event and we take no responsibility for any emotional or physical distress that may come to you at any point and in the future (including in old age) from someone you meet at any event
·This web site and its contents are the property of www.PadlockandKey.com. Information and content contained herein should not be copied or distributed in whole or in part in any written format without the written permission of www.PadlockandKey.com © 2007-2010

We cannot and do not verify personal information on our guests, such as marital status or any other aspects of their general background. It is your responsibility to verify any details with participants as you see fit
·By signing up to this site, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract with www.PadlockandKey.com whereby you undertake not to use the messaging service of this site to communicate any information in relation to or advertise or attempt to advertise any products or services to any other registered customers of www.PadlockandKey.com or users of this site unless specifically agreed in writing by www.PadlockandKey.com. We are not a marketing tool and we will seek redress for use of the messaging service in this way.

By registering for a www.PadlockandKey.com event, you are agreeing that neither www.PadlockandKey.com nor any of its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of www.PadlockandKey.com program. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs sponsored by or affiliated with www.PadlockandKey.com. For events which are organised by 3rd parties who use www.PadlockandKey.com as a marketing tool, you should contact them directly to understand any screening procedure they use or conditions they employ
